Renovare.org  Website of Author Richard Foster.  Foster is the modern proponent of the practice of spiritual disciplines.  His text "Celebration of Discipline" is the standard for writings on the spiritual disciplines.

DWillard.org  Website of Author and University of Southern California Professor Dallas Willard.  He teaches philosophy and his writing style can be difficult to understand, but if you want a deep thinking challenge read his material.  He's written books like "Spirit of the Disciplines" and "Renovation of the Heart".  His writing about the inability of man to change based on his will is outstanding.

SpiritualDisciplines.org  Website of Author and Midwestern Baptist Seminary Professor Donald S. Whitney.  Whitney places a strong emphasis on the Bible as the foundation of the spiritual disciplines.  In my estimation, he is the least mystical in his approach to the disciplines.

Proost.  On-Line Labyrinth Experience.  The labyrinth as a contemplative practice is making a comeback.  Jonny Baker in the UK began to do this in cathedrals.  In the
U.S. it's known as The Prayer Path from Group Publishers.  They also have a cool Shockwave program for download which allows you to light virtual prayer candles on your computer.

PrayTheNews.org.  On-Line Prayer.  The Catholic Sister of Carmel have joined with a marketing firm to create this web site for contemplative prayer.  The web site offers a place for you to light a candle and send a prayer request for which the Sisters will pray.  You can order a DVD which explains their ministry.

   These are incredible on-line meditations done using Flash.  Very creative.

Merton.org.  Website run by the Thomas Merton Center.  Merton was a Catholic monk whose writings on contemplation, meditation, silence and solitude were outstanding.  His close association with Buddhist monks caused many to question his practices.  He accidentally died in a hotel room in 1968.

The Water's Edge.  A progressive church in Michigan which has some good teaching on the spiritual disciplines.
